Among other requirements, a portable electronics vendor must remain in compliance with the following requirements:

REGISTRY OF VENDOR LOCATIONS
The insurer or insurance producer ("supervising entity") who supervises the administration of the portable electronics insurance policies must maintain a registry of vendor locations that are authorized to sell or solicit portable electronics insurance coverage in Arizona. ARS § 20-1693.01(D).

CUSTOMER INFORMATION
At each location where portable electronics insurance is offered, customers must have access to the information specified in ARS § 20-1693.02(A).

TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES
The vendor must train its employees and authorized representatives about coverage provided under the portable electronics insurance policy and the requirements of ARS Chapter 6, Article 17.  ARS § 20-1693.03(A)(2).
