All Grant requests are submitted through the AATA's Grant database (web-portal) - http://grantsaata.az.gov/admin/grants/Grantslogin.aspx
New Users must sign up for an account/create login. Users can then begin a new grant application, which can be saved and returned to at a later date. Please ensure you have all the grant program filters correct (drop down boxes) when you return to the application.
The ATA has a small amount of remaining FY22 grant program funds available ($26,758 total) for small projects focused on auto theft prevention and enforcement strategies to combat auto crimes in Arizona. For assistance or questions, please email Ann Armstrong - [email protected].
Grants must be received by March 10th for review and approval at the March 25th Board meeting. Grantees must receive and expend funds by June 30, 2022.
ALL AATA Grant Projects must submit Performance & Financial Reports through the Grants Database.
To search for your Agency's Grant, filter by Agency name, Fiscal year, Program type and Status - ALL.
Once the Grant is retrieved, click on the Measures Tab on the far right. You'll enter the stats by expanding each category (click on the plus(+) sign to enter, click on the minus(-) sign to close) and entering data directly into the fields. You can also attach/upload any documents with supplemental information as well as Qtrly Financial Reports from your Finance Depts. You'll need to click on Save/Update Totals before exiting.
