The NMLS State Licensing Requirements page provides information about how to apply for, amend, or surrender a license using the NMLS.   Mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers and loan originators are required to use NMLS to apply for and maintain licenses.  You can apply for, amend, renew or surrender a non-mortgage license using either the NMLS or Arizona's E-LICENSING system.
