The Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI) is located in a multi-agency secured facility. All visitors must check-in with security prior to being granted access to the building.
Visitors without an appointment may be asked to schedule an appointment for a future date prior to being granted access to the building.

Requesting An Appointment
All requests for an in-person appointment will be reviewed by the corresponding division. A staff member from that division will reach out either to obtain additional information or schedule an appointment on an as needed basis.
