Q. How do I apply for an insurance license during this period?
A. Insurance licenses are not affected by this change and there are no changes to the application process for insurance.
Q. How do I apply for or renew an appraisal or property tax agent license during this period?
A. To receive a downloadable application submit your request to [email protected]. Please include your full name, AZ license number (if applicable), and phone contact information. Please include the application type you are requesting (example: Nonresident Temporary new application, renewal for an AMC etc.).
Q. How do I apply for or renew an appraisal education provider or course during this period?
A. Please email [email protected] and we will assist you with this process.
Q. How do I apply for a mortgage, loan originator, money transmitter, collection agency, or premium finance company license during this period?
A. These license types are not affected by this change. You can still apply online at any time using NMLS.
Q. How do I apply for an Advance Fee Loan Broker, Consumer Lender, Debt Management Company, Escrow Agent, or Sales Finance Company license during this period?
A. You are still able to apply online during this period at NMLS. Or, you may wait until our system is up and running on April 29th.
