We are not in a position to waive, modify, or extend established requirements including those related to captive filing due dates, fee payments, etc. However, based on a request made prior to the due date, for good cause and an estimated submission date, we may be able to forgo the assessment of late fees at our discretion. Note that late fees generally are applied per day late.
