Q. How do I file a complaint during this period?
A.  (1) Appraisers : If you would like to file a complaint against an appraiser or an appraisal management company, please submit your complaint form, a copy of the appraisal and any supporting documentation via email to [email protected]. (link to form here)
(2) All Other Financial Institutions or Enterprise licenses –  email at [email protected] or call to 602-364-771-2800.
