Phoenix, AZ – After obtaining evidence of operating in Arizona as a service company without a permit, the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI) has issued a Cease and Desist Order regarding LifeTime Home Warranty LLC. The order requires the company to cease from offering or issuing service contracts in Arizona without a permit. LifeTime Home Warranty is a Delaware domiciled limited liability company. LifeTime Home Warranty has never been permitted as a service company in Arizona which prohibits the entity from offering or issuing any service contracts in the state.

"Consumers deserve to know that products they rely on to maintain their homes will be there for them when needed. Companies that attempt to skirt regulatory requirements potentially undercut the promise they are making to consumers, and DIFI will ensure that products offered to Arizonans are in compliance with the law,” said Director Evan Daniels.
