The purpose of this Notice is to advise interested parties that the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions, Insurance Division (“Department”) published a Notice of Final Rulemaking (“Notice”) for its Licensing Time-frames Rule (A.A.C. R20-6-708 and Table A) on February 24, 2023 (29 A.A.R. 612, February 24, 2023). This Notice can be viewed at: https://apps.azsos.gov/public_services/register/2023/8/contents.pdf

The effective date for this rulemaking is April 10, 2023. Until the Secretary of State updates the Arizona Administrative Code, a readable copy of this revised regulation will be available on the Department’s website: https://difi.az.gov/insurance-division-rulemaking
