Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions – Debt Management Companies - Notice of Rulemaking Comment Period January 13, 2023 through February 12, 2023 Article 6
The purpose of this Notice is to advise interested parties that, on January 13, 2023, the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions, Financial Institutions Division (“Department”) opened a rulemaking Docket and published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in the Arizona Administrative Register (29 A.A.R. 200 and 135, January 13, 2023). These notices can be viewed at: https://apps.azsos.gov/public_services/register/2023/2/contents.pdf
The publication of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking also began a comment period which will be open until February 12, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (M.S.T.). Parties who wish to submit a comment can send an e-mail to: [email protected] Please use “DFI Article 6 – Debt Management Companies” in the subject line of the e-mail.

Parties who wish to request an Oral Proceeding on the rulemaking, should send the request in the same manner as submitting a Public Comment. If an Oral Proceeding is requested, the Department will schedule it at least 30 days after the request. A request or an Oral Proceeding will extend the comment period to the date of the Oral Proceeding.
